Order Cancellation & Modification
At Urgarment, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our policies regarding cancellations and changes below.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellations Within the Processing Period You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet entered the shipping process.
- You may request a cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
- How to Cancel: Email us at info@urgarment.com within 24 hours. Please include your Order ID and the reason for cancellation.
- Refund Process: If the order has not shipped, we will process a 100% refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Cancellations After Shipping Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy once the package arrives.
Customized Products Please note that orders for customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.
2. Order Modification
If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch with us at info@urgarment.com as soon as possible. Modifications are only possible before the order has been shipped.
- Equal Value Exchange: Swapping an item for a different product of the same value is free of charge.
- Higher Value Exchange: If you change to a product with a higher value, you will be sent a secure invoice to pay the price difference.
- Lower Value Exchange: If you change to a product with a lower value, the price difference will be refunded to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Adjustments: * Any additional shipping costs resulting from an order modification must be covered by the customer.
- If a modification results in a lower shipping cost, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment.
